Access to the Egnyte Web Site is still reporting "Invalid Password" when users try to login. Some of the changes made by Egnyte to resolve their system outage yesterday have required some additional work on our part to make the service fully functional. We are working on that now. Please use the Desktop Connect app as a workaround until the web site access is restored.

Egnyte has updated the issue saying it is generally resolved but they are still working on residual issues. Unfortunately, we still have personnel who are unable to login to the Egnyte site with their network username and password. The Desktop Connect application appears to be working. We are working directly with Egnyte on this residual issue and will keep the incident updated.
