IT Services has made progress towards the resolution of the wireless disconnect issue and it appears to have been resolved. We are monitoring the network to ensure this is the case. We will update the status here once we are sure that it is resolved.

The issue is still occurring. IT Services is working with our infrastructure provider to identify and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The issue with CUWireless disconnecting has improved but the issue continues to occur sporadically. Technology Services is still investigating and working to resolve the issue.

We believe this is is now resolved. We will be closely monitoring the service to make sure that is the case.

The issue has been reported in the Health Campus as well.

The CUWireless wifi network is sporadically disconnecting from devices. Some clients are not able to reconnect.Technology Service is aware of the issue and is investigating. This issue does not appear to be ties to any specific location on main campus.
